Reporting to the Executive Chef, the ideal person will be someone looking for a career...not just another job to pay the bills. We need an organised professional that has sound knowledge of planning seasonal menus, estimating food and labour costs and working to budgets, ordering food supplies, staff training and mentoring, monitoring quality of the plated food and working with the Food Control Plan......we are looking for the complete package!
The owners of the business are very hands on and you will have all their support to achieve company goals. The ideal person will have at least 5 years experience, with at least 1 year as a Sous Chef. With expansion on the horizons, we see a clear path for career progression.
