The ideal person will be someone that has sound knowledge of food cost, wage cost, product/supplier knowledge, staff training and quality control. You may be a Sous Chef looking to take the next step or Head Chef looking for a change in career. What you will need is a CV showing commitment to your career and previous employers.
Many of the systems & procedures are already in place - you just need to implement them. The owners of the business are very hands on & you will have all their support to achieve company goals. The crew in the kitchen are young at heart so you need to be able to communicate with GEN Y.
