As a GSA, you will be responsible for the effective operation of the reception, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to with a total focus on Guest Services. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, provide exceptional customer service and maintain excellent computer & communication skills. As this position involves shift work some flexibility in work hours is required.
The hotel is currently seeking a full time Night Manager to cover 5 shifts per week. The night shift runs from 10.30pm to 7am for the Night Manager on a flexible roster roster. The daily duties for this role include auditing and balancing the hotels daily revenue across all departments, resolving any financial discrepancies and accurately completing financial reporting for heads of department. Resolving customer complaints, making decisions in the absence of senior management and ensuring the general well being and security and cleanliness of the hotel at all times. This role requires a person who is an effective communicator, able to work unsupervised and provide direction to relevant staff. You must be highly motivated, able to demonstrate initiative and excellent problem solving abilities.
