Rich in history spanning 155 years, The Northern Club is an exclusive haven for relaxation, networking and entertainment. We've been BUZZed to find a new General Manager to guide the team and deliver world class hospitality, for the 4000 highly engaged members and partners...BUZZing????

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior General Manager within the hospitality sector
• Strong business acumen with a track record of successful strategic planning and execution.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent financial management abilities, including budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining exceptionally high service standards.
• Be highly visible and authentic leader who will inspire and develop the staff to deliver exceptional service on a daily basis 

The ability to communicate with a diverse range of committee members, club members, guests and internal employees and paramount. The ideal person will have extensive hospitality industry experience with a minimum 10 years senior management experience, with a focus on the "hospitality" aspect.
