General Manager | Thriving Pacific Hotel | Lead From the Front
A high-performing 50+ room, 4-star hotel is seeking its next General Manager following an internal transfer. This business is in excellent shape—high occupancy, strong performance, fully staffed, and entering its next phase of growth. What’s needed now is a visible leader who can continue momentum, drive culture, and maximise commercial opportunity.

We are looking for someone with strong hotel or resort operational leadership experience, including a Food & Beverage commercial understanding in resort settings. You will have a proven ability to motivate and lead teams, confidence driving guest spend, upselling culture, and service delivery. The GM needs to be seen by the guest, so naturally you will be a highly hands-on manager that excells the guest experience

On offer is a full expat package, 1 bedroom accommodation, vehicle and bonus. Due to the location and accommodation available, single status is preferred.


Run Paradise (Without Sitting Behind a Desk) | Resort Manager / Hospitality Couple Opportunity

A long-established 4* boutique Fiji resort (under the same ownership for 20+ years) is searching for a hands-on operational leader. This is not a “desk GM” role. You’ll be actively involved in the business, particularly during peak service, ensuring standards remain exceptional and guest experiences exceed expectations.

All sales and marketing are handled by the owners; therefore, we need someone with a strong Food & Beverage leadership background. One of the couple must have extensive FB/Resort experience, with the other coming from Culinary or Training & Development / Learning leadership

Executive Chef – Fiji | 5* Luxury Island Lifestyle

A rare opportunity for an Executive Chef to buzz off to Fiji! Situated on the outer Islands, this is a genuine chance to showcase your cuisine on the world's stage. This is not a clipboard role. You’ll lead a kitchen brigade of approximately 16 staff, delivering premium hospitality experiences for a predominantly NZ / Australian guest market, with approximately 70 guests maximum per service.

The focus is quality, leadership, creativity, and team development.
You’ll need to be passionate about mentoring local culinary talent while blending exceptional local produce with contemporary cooking techniques.

Full single status expat opportunity which includes you own accommodation, monthly days off in Nadi (including accommodation and transfers) yearly flights back home and chance to work in a true 5 * environment.
