The General Manager will lead and inspire a small team of industry professionals to exceed member's expectations on a daily basis. A warm and empathetic leader, you will understand the definition of hospitality and how deliver exceptional service, at all times. Involved in all aspects of the business including hospitality, accommodation, sales, marketing and HR, this is a opportunity to bring this highly prestigious club to the next level.
A key focus will be on utilising the Clubs vast spaces and community engagement, lifting current membership and utilisation of the Club facilities. To be successful in this exclusive organisation, you will have notched up several years experience in the lodge, club or resort scene and a minimum 10 years frontline hospitality experience. It is also expected that applicants will be well versed in public speaking, functions & events and have a "can do attitude".
