We are looking for a high performing Front of House Training Manager. Based out of the Christchurch Head Office, this newly created role is an opportunity to make your mark in the Hotel scene. Ensuring that all customer expectations are met by helping the managers and supervisors train and maintain high service levels. Part of this position will encompass a dedicated training & development programme. The ability to communicate with a diverse range of company employees is essential. Those currently working as a Restaurant Manager in a high volume or "Gastro Restaurant" environment should apply.

To be successful in this role you will have previous leadership & supervisory experience within the hospitality industry. Your professional approach, can do attitude and ability to lead, coach, develop and motivate staff to achieve will help you secure this excellent role. 

This position is Christchurch based (so must be willing to relocate), and will provide the lucky candidate an opportunity to gain experience in a Head Office environment, while up skilling under the Human Resource Managers watchful eye. There will be some international and national travel required and a great salary with company benefits!
