With full control and accountability for the F&B department, you will oversee the Food & Beverage department, including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Conference and Banquets facility. Mad about great food and wines and understanding the meaning of hospitality are prerequisites.
You will have a proven track record of success in Food and Beverage, showing you have the commercial capability to maximise profit, control costs and build customer loyalty. Exceptional communication skills and the leadership capacity to create a winning team are essential. Implementing initiatives, coaching, developing and maximising opportunities to increase capture rates and revenue are critical.
