The Executive Sous Chef is the backbone to the F&B department. Encompassing Breakfast, Lunch, Functions, Prep and Staff Supervision, you will need to be a true leader, someone that can wear lots of hats and get the job done. Experience in large operations / large teams is definitely a bonus..
You would be a culinary professional with drive and passion who has been exposed to contemporary cuisine. Producing a consistent 5 star product whilst mentoring and developing a professional kitchen brigade. Ideally you will have notched up 3+ years as a Senior CDP or Sous Chef of a quality dining establishment or have have been exposed to a 5 star hotel/resort with multiple outlets. We are looking for someone that has shown commitment to their career and previous employers.
