Job Description

The GM is looking for talented "hands on" Executive Chef and Sous Chef, with an array of flavours and techniques to create the profile of the food operation for this exciting Hotel. We are looking for leaders to take control of the kitchen operations and drive success. If you have hotel experience and looking for a BUZZing new position..time to sharpen those knives!

Budgeting, menu costing, inventory management, staff recruitment, supplier arrangements, training and management - it's pretty clear you need to be a professional. The ideal Chefs will have a solid career in stand alone, high profile restaurants, or Hotels, including banqueting / function experience. Your past experience will reflect your commitment to your career and references will back this up.
