Job Description
With a spectacular site currently under development, it's now time to get culinary creations underway. As a key member of the management team, will you be starting with a blank canvas, applying a concept to implementing the overall menu, including key "signature " cuisine. Budgeting, menu costing, inventory management, staff recruitment, supplier arrangements, training and management - it's pretty clear you need to be a professional.
You will have 3 months to get your systems and team in place before the doors open. The ideal Chef will have a solid career in stand alone, high profile restaurants, with a minimum of 3 years as Head Chef. Your past experience will reflect your commitment to your career and references will back this up.
On offer is a salary package circa $110,000 - which includes salary, bonus, carpark and benefits.
