It goes without saying, this is a still a massive job. Operating 3 distinctly different and profitable sites in Christchurch, they have and will be around for many years to come. As a key member of the management team, will you be based at one venue 3 days a week, leaving you 2 days per week to work on the business.
Budgeting, menu costing, inventory management, staff recruitment, supplier arrangements, training and management - it's pretty clear you need to be a professional. The ideal Chef will have a solid career in stand alone restaurants, with a minimum of 5 years as Head Chef / Executive Chef. Your past experience will reflect your commitment to your career and references will back this up.
On offer is is a market leading salary package, which is negotiable. Flexibility to travel between the sites is essential. Returning kiwis from outside of New Zealand, with international exposure are encouraged to apply, however we cannot accept application from those without the legal right to work in New Zealand - no exceptions.
