This role is a newly created operational role put in place to give stronger operational leadership to our events operations and coordination team. With 3 direct reports, plus 7 other permanent team members and a large pool of casuals, you have the team in place ready to deliver on the day.
- An experienced Events Operations or Floor Manager from a similar sized multi-venue site, accustomed to working in a high pace and volume environment
- Confident in delivering events for up to 1000 guests, working with a wide variety of clients from both the public and private sectors
- A details focused operator who also understands the big picture and the event process from coordination through to successful delivery
- A confident trainer with the ability to develop standards and processes to improve service delivery
- A natural leader with a passion for developing and motivating team members to provide an exceptional guest and client experience
