Maestro Hospitality is one of Christchurch premium hospitality groups. Operating No.4 Bar / Fiddlesticks / Rogues and with Beach Bar in Sumner recently joining the group, we are looking for 3 Duty Managers, to come on board and join their BUZZing team!

  • Duty Manager - Multi site 
Reporting to the Directors, the Duty Manager will oversee the entire venue, whilst on duty, including the customer experience, ensuring the service standards are kept at the highest level whilst adhering to the venues liquor license. You will train, empower and motivate the team with targets and incentives and bring fresh ideas to the table. Experience with wine, cocktails and sound knowledge of premium spirits would be a distinct advantage.
This will be a rewarding opportunity for the ultimate service professional. You will be the face of the a la carte service, the point of contact for regular guests, corporates and functions. From your past experience you will know how a quality, intimate, vibrant and profitable hospitality venue can run seamlessly. 
These full-time positions will see you working 5 days per week, across varied shifts, including evenings, late nights, weekends and public holidays. The ideal person will have minimum 2 years industry experience, with at least 12 months experience in a quality full service, licensed a la carte restaurant environment. You must have your LCQ and General Managers certificate or currently be in the process of obtaining. A driver's license will also be required for the multi site vacancy.
