Primarily based at Front Office, you will support all departments of the hotel to ensure our guests receive exceptional service. You are the linchpin of the hotel to ensuring seamless service across the all areas, the ability to think quickly and proactively is key to your success in this role.

- Cash handling & completing banking
- Experience supervising staff
- Worked with Guest Centrix, Property Management System for Rooms Division; F&B Beverage Point of Sale
- Current LCQ and Managers Certificate.
- Ability to gain a full NZ Driver’s License (Manual & Automatic) Must be able to drive this is essential
