The F&B department is the backbone to this property, generating substantial revenue. You will have a proven track record of success in Food and Beverage, showing you have the commercial capability to maximise profit, control costs and build customer loyalty. Exceptional communication skills and the leadership capacity to create a winning team are essential. Implementing initiatives, coaching, developing and maximising opportunities to increase capture rates and revenue are critical.
We require a natural leader, a real go getter that leads from the front. We need someone who has worked as both an Executive Chef and a Food & Beverage Manager in a multi-venue environment, so that front and back of house operate cohesively. You’ll need to be business savvy, enthusiastic, organised, customer focused and a good people leader.
