Job Description

We've been BUZZed to find an exceptional Operations Manager, for a busy Christchurch property. Reporting to the F&B Manager, the Conference Operations Manager is an integral part of the hotels management team. With full control and accountability for the convention department, this will be a challenging but rewarding position for an experienced F&B professional eager to expand their career.

The ideal person will have at least 5 years banqueting operations experience with two years at a supervisory level.  You will have the ability to organise work schedules and develop inter-departmental/ inter-personal communications skills between staff and guests. Initiative, calmness (even in stressful situations), tact, honesty and flexibility are all prerequisites for this position.
