Executive Sous Chef - Hotel
Amazing opportunity for a current Executive Sous Chef or an experienced Sous Chef to join this hotel as they take the F&B department to a new level. This position is BUZZing and not for the faint hearted. You need to have proven experience working under pressure and able to lead a small, dedicated team!

Chef de Partie - "Hatted" Restaurant
No the first time this award winning venue has been awarded a hat for their cuisine. The food here is definitely doing the talking and they cant keep up with demand - so an additional Chef de Partie is needed. You will work across the Larder, Dessert and Garnish section - learning plenty of skills along the way.
The expectations of both the guest & management are high so it's essential you have a solid employment history.
