So why do we need you??? The F&B department is expanding, so we need to be able to cater for this. The ideal chef will have previous experience in a busy kitchen where quality is never compromised, the ability to work in an intimate team and multi-task with speed and accuracy will come naturally. Those with exposure to conference, events and production kitchen environments are encouraged to apply.
You will have a great passion for food and a desire to learn and develop your culinary skills. Ideally you have 2-3 years experience under your belt as Chef de Partie in a busy production kitchen / conference centre, with fantastic references.
This role offers stable employment and full time hours on a healthy hourly, so a chef who is prepared to put in the extra effort to be part of an extraordinary working environment will be preferred.
