The position requires someone who can consistently deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience. You will need to be a driven, dynamic and flexible Chef who has fantastic leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team. Working closely with the General Manager, F&B Manager and Group Executive Chef you will have the understanding and the foresight to deliver quality and professionalism as a team.
You would be a culinary professional with drive and passion who has been exposed to contemporary cuisine. Your main priority will be producing a consistent product whilst mentoring and developing a professional kitchen brigade. Logistically, working in the Islands can be tough so you need to think on you feet and stay 1 step ahed at all times.
Ideally you will have notched up a few years as Head Chef of a quality dining establishment or have have been Executive Sous Chef for a number of years and looking to take the next step. We are looking for someone that has shown commitment to their career and previous employers. A 2 year commitment is required & if your partner works FOH as a supervisor, we have a position for them also.
