From your past experience you will know how a slick, funky, exciting, vibrant & profitable venue operates. Training, staff management and sound cost control / revenue generating ability will all be key skills required in this position. A sound employment history in a busy a la carte restaurant with 3+ years proven experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 1 year managing an a la carte restaurant as a Duty Manager or Supervisor. A current LCQ & GM license is essential.
