Job Description

We have been BUZZed & looking for a talented Chef to say "I'm ready to step up round off their cooking skills into kitchen management. If you are an experienced Sous Chef ready to lead a kitchen team but just need a little help with the back office processes, we can help, it's time to get BUZZing!!!
The ideal person will be a classically trained Sous Chef, with a broad history in leading a la carte restaurants. You will manage a dedicated brigade of 7 to provides an unforgettable culinary experience. Working for this company offers you the opportunity to hone your culinary skills, under the guidance of an experienced professional.

They will teach you what you don't know, be it costings, rosters, budgets, hiring, negotiating supplier agreements....take the opportunity to learn from proven, successful and profitable business.
