We are looking for a culinary professional with the drive and passion who has been exposed to contemporary cuisine. Working closely within a tight team of industry professionals, you will showcase kiwi cuisine and culture. You will have the understanding and the foresight to deliver quality and professionalism as a team. The food is definitely doing the talking here and the focus on "farm to table" concept will keep the creative juices flowing.
Ideally you will have been at a Sous level for at least 2 years working in a quality focussed environment or a Snr CDP with 3 years under your belt. You will have great verbal and written communication skills, be able to listen and grow into hospitality professional. A solid employment history including commitment to your previous employers is essential. 5* Lodge or Hatted restaurants would be highly advantages.
Due to the locations, you my have your own reliable transport to get to / from work. This full time position offer job security and the chance to showcase your culinary skills....BUZZing?????
