We are looking for a culinary professional with the drive and passion who has been exposed to contemporary cuisine. Working closely within a tight team of industry professionals, you will showcase kiwi cuisine and culture. You will have the understanding and the foresight to deliver quality and professionalism as a team.
The food is definitely doing the talking here and the focus on "farm to table" concept will keep the creative juices flowing. The fruit and vegetable garden has been planted and with a maximum of 30 a la carte per service....this is about cooking with soul.
Ideally you will have been at a Sous level for at least 2 years working in a quality focussed environment or a Head Chef looking for a change of direction. You will have great verbal and written communication skills, be able to listen and grow into hospitality professional. A solid employment history including commitment to your previous employers is essential. 5* Lodge or Hatted restaurants would be highly advantages.
Due to the locations, you my have your own reliable transport to get to / from work. This full time position offer job security and the chance to showcase your culinary skills....BUZZing?????
