Both position requires someone who can consistently deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience. You will need to be a driven, dynamic and a master of the grill. Your skills and ability will be tested - running a shift with up to 5 in the kitchen, including KP's, apprentice and Commis chefs. You will be a strong communicator who can drive your section, run the pass and keep the punters feed.
Ideally you will have been at Chef de Partie level for at least 2 years working in a quality focussed environment. The successful candidate must thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle 150+ covers on lunch & evening service, functions and busy bar snack service. The business has a very loyal clientele and with salaried positions, you can be sure this employment is safe all year round.
Salary or hourly rate negotiable.
