Head Chef - $60k Salary + Benefits (Picton Hotel)
This established venue is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef. We are looking for a "Hands On" leader in the kitchen. Comes with really supportive owners to help you settle in. If you know what your doing, highly organised and prepared to sort the kitchen out, put in some proven systems and procedures....you will have a pretty good work / life balance.

Sous Chef Step Up - $23 - $24 per hour (Cafe / Restaurant Canterbury)
To be considered for this Head Chef position, you will need to be well presented and a self starter. Have a proven stable work history and be motivated and creative. You'll bring innovation & flair to the kitchen and provide ongoing support to the team. Hands on & leading the team from the front.  If you have 3+ years experience at a senior level...this is for you.

Jnr Sous Chef  $51,000 salary (Te Anau)
Bust tourist hotel looking for a Jnr Sous Chef that is capable of sunning 2 shifts per week and backing up the Executive / Sous Chef on the busy days. Offering Breakfast, Ala Carte & TDH, this is a chance for a Chef de Partie to step up and take on more responsibility. Must be able to cook on the pans and willing to relocate to Ta Anau. 
  
Chef de Partie - $18 - $20 per hour (Hotel Christchurch)
You would be a culinary professional with drive and passion who has been exposed to a busy A La Carte environment. The pans & grill will get extremely busy at times within this establishment. Mixture of early and late starts!! Ideally you will have notched up at least 2 years as a CDP in a similar dining establishment and have some function or banqueting experience. We are looking for someone that has shown commitment to their career and previous employers and doesn't "job hop"
