Job Description

Reporting to the owners, the Bar Manager will oversee the evening bar operations in the restaurant. With a focus on ensuring profitability and efficiency without compromising service quality standards, this role will present a challenge for a dynamic beverage professional, eager to shine in a new hospitality company.

All the systems are up and running... we are looking for someone to take ownership of the service bar, build the rapport with the clientele and showcase "PREMIUM" products...not your everyday run of the mill stuff.

We are looking for someone that's done their time as a Glassy, Bar Person, Mixologist and looking for the next step. You will need a General Managers Certificate & LCQ (or ability to obtain one). We are looking for a long-term employee, who will become the face of the business, fo years to come.

An attractive salary will be discussed at interview stage.
