With a reputation for excellence so you will be working with the freshest ingredients to produce meals fit for royalty. As Banquets Senior Sous Chef you will be required to lead, manage and motivate your team to provide exceptional food. You will also be required to oversee the day to day running of the kitchen including stock control, staff rosters and cleaning schedules in the Executive Chefs absences.
You will have a minimum of 10 yrs trade experience, 2 of those as Snr Sous Chef in a busy brigade in a quality hotel environment. A solid employment history including commitment to your previous employers is essential. We are looking for a future leader, we envisage this person will become Executive Chef in the next 18 months.
