As the property is boutique, you will have a chance to lead from the front in all aspects of the hotel. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this will be a chance to showcase all your past skills and experiences. You will have a positive and flexible personality combined with your excellent business acumen and sharp operating skills.
The Assistant Manager will lead and inspire a team of industry professionals to exceed guests expectations on a daily basis. Involved in all aspects of the business but focusing on the F&B department, this is an opportunity for a hands on Manager to excel. You will act as the overall General Manager on numerous occasions, giving the current GM time to attend industry events, sales meetings and network within the wider region.
