We've been BUZZed to find a specialist Japanese Cuisine Chef to join the team for the upcoming busy season. We are looking for an expert of Yakitori, a confident entertainer who can run the BBQ section, sole charge. If you are looking for a BUZZing opportunity for the summer months ahead, give us a BUZZ!
Essential to the position is confidence interacting with guests. Open 6 days per week, you will be responsible for running the Yakitori section of this busy establishment. Bilingual in both English & Japanese, we are looking for someone to take ownership and be the face of the dinner service.
Ideally you will have 3 years experiences, be available to start early September, with 2-3 weeks training on in-house system and procedure before taking the reins for the summer. Self contained accommodation is available for the chef & if you have a partner that is bilingual in both English & Japanese that works front of house - we have a job for them too!
