Reporting to the General Manager, the Bar Manager will oversees the bar operations. With a focus on ensuring profitability and efficiency without compromising service quality standards, this role will present a challenge for a dynamic food and beverage professional, eager to expand their knowledge.
Training, staff management and sound cost control / revenue generating ability will all be key skills required in this position. A General Managers Certificate & LCQ is essential.
